I have a bay window with an unusual shape. Can I get curtains fitted to the shape of the window?
Yes, you can. Our fitter can measure your bay for a bay rail and design this rail to fit into the shape of the window. An alternative to this would be to fit a pole with elbow joints to fit the shape of the window.

I know nothing about design and colour schemes. What can you do to make sure I pick what I want?
Our expert design team have been helping customers choose curtains and blinds for over 10 years. Some of our team have been working with us even longer! They will be delighted to guide you in choosing fabrics and styles of curtains to suit. We have a huge selection of fabrics from silks to cottons to suit every individual taste! Q: How important is colour when choosing curtains? A: Obviously you will have to choose curtains that compliment other features in your room. As a guideline though, you should choose brighter colours for smaller rooms and darker colours for bigger rooms. Brighter colours tend to make a room seem bigger and vice-versa.

How long does it take to get my curtains once I have chosen the fabric?
We work within deadlines as much as possible. We usually give a guideline - 1 set of curtains fitted within 4 weeks of order, full house fitted within 6 - 8 weeks of order. We can work within deadlines eg. Show-houses generally require shorter turnarounds. We will not take an order unless we can deliver within the time frame required. When a customer wants their curtains by a very specific date we check the availability of fabrics on order to ensure they are available and to ensure we deliver on time.

I have my curtains picked from someone else. Can I buy my poles from you and get you to fit them as well as the curtains I have bought?
We are happy to supply poles to customers. However, our fitter will only fit poles and curtains together that are both supplied by us. We do not fit poles separately.

Do you provide quotations and what information do I need to give you to get a quotation?
We are happy to provide quotations, no obligations. All you need is your measurements and an idea on how much you want to spend on fabrics. The cost of your curtains will always depend on the cost of the fabric you choose. When measuring, measure the width of your window first, then measure from the top of the pole to wherever you want the curtains to finish. (We usually put poles 6 inches above the top of the window and 6 inches either side).

Do you provide home consultations and if so do you bring a good selection of books for me to choose my curtains from?
Yes, we provide home consultations on request, in anticipation of an order. Our experienced team can call to your home, measure your windows and bring samples of fabrics for you to choose from as well as giving you advise on colours, patterns ect that will suit your home. Our home consultation team have samples of all fabrics from our showrooms available to them to bring to your home.
